What does the standard regular general maintenance clean entail?
A typical cleaning schedule will include floor cleaning, sanitizing and wiping of horizontal and vertical surfaces (desks, ledges, tables), emptying of trash, sanitizing and disinfecting of restrooms, kitchen and break room, restocking of paper goods, and other general cleaning tasks that may be specific to your office space citing tasks that you’d like to have done every time or OFTEN.
Do you offer deep cleaning, and what would that include?
Yes, deep cleans are customized to you and include all of the detail items that do not get cleaned during your regular general maintenance cleaning. Typically, our customers schedule these quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on individual needs. We would love to work with you to establish a deep clean task list. These requested services are customized to your specific needs and are charged at an hourly rate which is separate from your established maintenance cleaning flat rate.
How do I pay for my office cleaning?
We send invoices at the end of each month (by way of email or standard USPS) for the previous month’s services and offer 15 day net terms as standard unless 30 day terms are requested. We accept check payments, all major credit cards, and offer a payment link online attached to your invoice for the sake of convenience. We also accept Venmo payments.
Do I need to sign a long term contract with your company?
All services are at will on the part of both parties (customer and Tidy My Office Commercial Cleaning). We do not require a contract. If you desire to cancel, we respectfully request a polite 30 day notice as a courtesy and will offer the same in return.
If you are more comfortable having a contract in place, we can offer a written agreement with terms that are agreeable to each party to be addressed on a case by case basis.
How does scheduling work?
We clean when you are not at work and generally like to establish a cleaning window for before and after hours cleaning schedules as opposed to an exact arrival time. An example of a cleaning window would be arriving anytime after 6pm on a Wednesday, and out before 7am on Thursday.
How often do you clean?
Every office setting is different as well as every budget. We have offices that are cleaned monthly and others that are cleaned 7 days/week (and everything in between).
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2007.
What if I’m dissatisfied with my service?
Let us know within 24 hours and we will be happy to return/re-clean any areas in question that were not up to par with expectations.
Do you provide your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own supplies to clean your office. The only items we do not provide are trash bags and paper products. If there are cleaning products that you prefer that we do not stock, we are willing to use those in lieu at your expense.
Are you bonded? Insured?
Yes! A copy of our insurance information can be sent to you upon request.
Do you shampoo carpets?
We do not offer carpet cleaning at this time.
